To me Harvest Sky suggests the great colouration you see at that time of year, contrast between sky and land. B/W loses it for me, I do like the sky there is a great gradient top to bottom.

Image is just a little too dark. The contrasts are nice, but if it was just a tiny bit brighter I think it would show better.

Very nice B&W, has great tonal range. The placement of the bails in the frame fits well, the sky may be a little burned, but nice photo.

nice use of contrast. I like the threatening skies, too. A more off-center composition would have made this one better, though (IMO). Did you get any shots of this barn close-up? I once heard a saying, "if it's not interesting your too far away". while this one is nice, a closer shot, with maybe an askew perspective would have made it dynamite.
