Well, What I like about this is just the fact that you stretched the rules the way you did. The photo though, I'm not so sure of. Perhaps you were going for some rustic image, I don't know.

I do not understand why you put the iso and shutterspeed with the title? Also, why the strange settings, your subject isn´t going anywhere. The shot looks underexposed so I would rather reccomend you used settings such as iso 100 and about 1 second, don´t tell me that it´s because you didn´t bring a tripod, that´s no excuse.

the feel and movement of the image is very beautiful. However, it probebly would have done better in the motion panning challenge. Nice photographic work, regaurdless.
