Perspective is interesting. I keep thinking, boy her neck must be killing her. First time I saw this, I thought of the Cirque Du Soleil contortionists. Perhaps something under her neck to make her tilt her head back a little more would get rid of the feeling that she is standing on her head. Also, the wrinkles in the white background are distracting.

The pose seems a little awkward with the eyes too centered in the composition. The lighting is great and your model is beautiful, but I might suggest cropping out quite a bit of the top to bring the eyes more to the top of the frame.

Green is beautiful ! Peaches and cream complextion. While this shot is technically well done, my eye finds three things distracting.
1. The uside down pose makes me focus only onher left eye.
2. Green is her color. . . the white doesn't fit . . .
and 3 it's wrinkled. BOL 6
