Waitingby slindenmanComment by srbrubaker: The loss of detail at the back of the head and a hint of blown highlights in the forhead hurt this photo much. I'm a fiend about cropping, so I'd be tempted to crop out all of the window; we know its there by its light. |

She is passing the time thinking of the past, of how much time has passed, and perhaps of all the people who have passed. I had to call my grandma after I saw this just to talk to her for a while. |

Waitingby slindenmanComment by DarrylW4: The shadow depth on the left side of the photo doesn't seem to match the depth on the right side. The highlights on her face end up washing out much of the detail as well. |
