Really nice composition, and the colours here are pleasant. Seems like the snow is a bit overexposed, and the image quality is low (both signs of a low end camera, probably, so I don't mind). Nice work, overall.

This is wonderful. You have 3 things that really make it a photo and not just a picture. 1. The snow on the ground. 2. the curve in the creek. and 3. the tree laying across the creek. These three things add so much to the shot. If you could only have had a little sky. Don't want much do I? It's an 8 in my book. PTL

I like how you have the tree going across the top of the photo. That's pretty nice. The angle and framing/croppig you have chosen is nice too. The focus seems just a tad soft, but I think I have the same problem in my shot, so who am I to talk. lol. Overall it's a nice shot. definately appears untouched by man. Good luck in the challenge.

challenge met. i like how the stream curves through your picture and just disappears in the distance. also like how it is framed by the tree leaning above it from right to left. very nice composition that leads the viewer through the picture. winter is a hard time to take photos, IMO, because you need really crisp blue-sky sunny days for the photos not to look "drab" (that's not the best word, but i can't come up with a better one right now). also know that you don't have control over the weather (wouldn't that be cool! ;). so, in summary, nice composition, but the photo doesn't "pop" as much as i would like because of the muted tones...

Good composition here but the top is cropped too tight, wish the camera was elevated about three feet. Still I do love this, it's nice work.
