Garage Squaresby alanfreedComment by PTLParsons: Only problem I can see is your photo is not perfectly level. My tripod has a level on it. Worth investing in. Still a good photo. |

Eternally For Saleby alanfreedComment by LindaLee: Unfortunately, this is not very high impact for me, largely because of the soft focus. With all the repeating patterns, as well as the "character" of the peeling paint, I would have loved to see this in sharp focus. The shot does carry a certain air of "old", "decay", and "abandonment". For voting purposes, I am taking into consideration that your camera may not have been capable of a sharper focus. |

Garage Squaresby alanfreedComment by Jacko: Was this an outtake for the windows challenge? lol. What works really nice here is the symetry (doors, roof, walls), that's why I'd crop our the street. Would make for a more effective picture. Good luck. Jacko. 7 |

Garage Squaresby alanfreedComment by MarkRob: With this orientation, you should have gotten much closer than you did. The road in the foreground is not parallel with any other line and thus detracts from overall composition. |

Eternally For Saleby alanfreedComment by teachme53: Great find! The texture of the paint, the sign, the old curtain, all make for a great picture. One point deducted for shooting straight on. Try a different point of view for more creativity. One man's opinion. (9) John Gill |

Garage Squaresby alanfreedComment by thatguy: Good symetry. I like how the doors are centered in the image. The lighting throghs off the picture a bit. It makes it a little dull, but all in all a good representation of squares. |
