	Rhino by alanfreed Comment by irae: Nice detail, and a good composition (if a little tight at L). A narrower DOF would keep the background from intruding as it does here, but that isn't always possible. Nice work.

	Tulip Times Two by alanfreed Comment by lisae: Lovely. Shows a far greater understanding of effective composition than a lot of the other photos I've seen so far!! I love the way the flowers are positioned and curved, and the background is gloriously blurred. Beautiful colours and lighting. I'm not sure about the border colour though.

	Rhino by alanfreed Comment by frisca: he's a bit dark.. I would have loved to bring out some more of the texture of his skin..though this would have probably messed with the lighting of the background. This probably isn't as helpful as I had hoped! But good shot nonetheless.
