Liked: The subject matter. Great depth of field. You cropped as much of a disinteresting sky as you could. This is a lovely view and nearly an excellent point of view on it. The spring foliage really helps.
Would have preferred: The shot be taken just a little further from the right so as to include all of the last rail.

I think the colors would have been better matched to a lighter colored background. And the bottom should have been cropped a bit more to eliminate the flexing portion of the straws or show more of them.
