i'd like to see this in B&W. The shoestrings look arbitrarily positioned--if they were placed natrually on the sides, this would be even more apealling

Nice work on this. Ilove the bits of the floor that you can see. It adds to the dirtiness of the shoe. Nice lighting. I'm not a big fan of the border chosen, but the photo is great.

You should see my husband's!! LOL For some reason, I'd like to see the laces falling in a more harem skarem way - they look intentionally crossed. Simple and effective shot.

There are always one or two photos in each challenge that I can't believe didn't score much higher, and this is one of them. I do find that background pole a bit distracting, but this photo is outstanding in every other regard. Very nicely done, Alan.

Love the clarity.. the only odd thing is the ear in front of the body looks a little blurred. For some reason the cow looks bored, haha. :) 7
