I think this is a very good portrait and I like it myself. The lighting isn't flat or dull and the composition is nice. You have done well with the exposure of the white dress and dark piano. Here are some things that I think I know about voters in these challenges...

1. People will not like the busy curtain or the fact that it is open a little and so she has a bright rectangle comeing out of her head.
2. The flowers and the word (Joy?) on the upper left are cut off...
3. She looks too "posed"
4. She has harsh shadows under her chin and arm.

Good luck in the challenge and I have enjoyed your wonderful portrait.

Well, it was actually drizzling when I took the shot, and that *was* the color of the sky. I tend to pretty much leave things as they were :)
