Pigeon and doorby MelethiaComment by glad2badad: Good detail in the sweetspot. The lines in the door add to the radial feeling of motion that the LB brings. I think you'd have taken some hits on the pigeon being blurred if you had entered this in the challenge. |

Metro 1904by MelethiaComment by K3Master: Hello, You have been selected as one of my Daily 5! I shall be commenting on five random photos that don't yet have comments from the "Recently Uploaded" section of photo browsings, every day, as part of an effort to distance myself from negativity on DPC.
Once in awhile, in the midst of all the chaos, we capture a moment in time that stops us still, and makes us stare. With the power of unbridled energy, yet the calmness of the eye of the storm, this is such a moment. Message edited by author 2009-11-17 22:32:00. |

Pigeon and doorby MelethiaComment by hajeka: clive_patric_nolan already said it. But since it's a reject I'm looking forward to see you real submission. As for this one: I like the symmetry and the pigeon, not really happy with the contrasts, could use some more black. |

Road work by MelethiaComment by tnun: Hot dam? I could cry: out my way the tar truck comes with 2 to 4 louts with fat shovels who will occasionally throw a glob at a hole then stand around and smoke if you don't mind my using the s word. Your guy is actually kneeling in a balanced position as he uses his smoothing board. Yeah - water wave, steam, flourescence, morning rocks. |

Pigeon and doorby MelethiaComment by rooum: A great shot for symmetry i'd say Melethia. The pigeon is an added bonus! I like the bird out of the focus point here. It gives it a good sense of movement. |
