Shades of Grayby MelethiaComment by Yo_Spiff: Got an 8 from me, as well. Wonderful detail and tones to this. We have a similar problem with the security patrols in Ft. Worth's Sundance Square. One has to be extra careful to stay on public property or you WILL be chased off for taking photos. As long as I stay on the street or sidewalk, I haven't been harassed, but the moment I step into any area like a patio outside a restaurant, bike cops show up to chase me off. |

Lunch guyby MelethiaComment by vawendy: Sorry -- I like this one much better than the entry. I didn't find the entry very interesting, but I think this one is great! (even with the edge growing out of his head.) (I gave the original a 6, though.) Message edited by author 2010-11-22 10:07:55. |

Shades of Grayby MelethiaComment by tanguera: Who'd have thought you'd have the MOST appropriate title (after roll-over....). I love this image and I think it deserved better. OTOH, an 8 from commenters ain't nothin'. |

The Firebird Suiteby MelethiaComment by citymars: Seeing this entry with new eyes, I wish I could raise my vote. I'm afraid on the first go-round all I saw was "another sunset" photo! The more I look at it the more I like it. The bird reference in your title is apt -- it's like it was painted with a feather. |

The Waiterby MelethiaComment by TrollMan: I love this picture and the b/w processing. It doesn't really scream "reflection" to me although I can see one. The refelction I see however is interesting since it reveals the waiters face. 7 |
