I like this one very much and I agree that it's just right the way it is. The slight blur of the silhouetted subject adds to the image IMO. I must say though that I was so enjoying the mysterious mood that you conjured up which allowed for a lot of different stories to bounce around in my head, but then I read the title which spelled out for me what had been an intriguing unknown. I think that such a deliciously moody image deserves more than one story. Really do like it though. :)

Oh very cool! If you hadn't mentioned about the lady I wouldn't have seen her!! On second glance I can see her body but no head which is a little freaky! I love the colours in the graffiti and its actually really interesting, not like the rubbish they spray on walls in the city I live in!!

Birds on a wire

This is one of the best "bird on a wire" photos I have seen. What makes it is the two interactive birds which helps fill in the negative space so common in this type of photo. I also like the gradual background color transition, it really concides with the line nicely. I also like the fact of the one brown bird. It is the "different" things in this often photographed idea that make this one a winner. A terrific photo.
