Reachby MelethiaComment by Art Roflmao: Weed on acid?? Ah well, don't ask don't tell. :) Great job, Deb, I could go through all the comments and just repeat, but... no, wait, I think I will do that. Hang on- be right back...
...ok-- Congratulations, very nice composition and processing which makes for a stunning and unique shot with superb lighting, excellent shadows and lovely color tone. Beautiful in its simplicity, it demonstrates admirable skill and a clever mind and good eye to produce such a gorgeous, fantastic image with rich textures great tones and an inspired tint! Artfully perfect. I love it. Cool.
I figured a composite would be quicker than quoting all those comments and saying "I agree", "Yep", "What she said", etc.
Really do love the image, Deb and hope you're staying safe. Message edited by author 2007-10-27 02:03:01. |

Scrubby MelethiaComment by wickee_one: I don't find this at all boring. Love the window overlay with this picture. I like the contrasting textures of the plant and the sand. |

The Cinnabon Guysby MelethiaComment by levyj413: I'm glad you entered this, Deb. As you noted, sometimes sharing a memory is more important than DPC's idea of perfection. |

Reachby MelethiaComment by JuliBoc: Congratulations on the OOBIE! Talk about making lemonade out of lemons. The PP is inspired. Only you, Deb, could have found the beauty in that sorry dead weed. |

Into the blueby MelethiaComment by Retroesque: Very cool take on 'distance' and I really like the icy blue shades. I'm taking a guess at saying it's been taken 'hand held'. I think a tripod may have assisted with clarity. Also due to the incredibly flat sky I'd have cropped quite a bit of it out. |

Available seatingby MelethiaComment by bassbone: Deb - Are you showing off again!?!!! This is INSANELY good. I love the quietness of this image - the fact that it is all about light and not at all about light |
