How'd I miss this? I stared at it in awe for a good minute before I bothered to look at what challenge this was from. The best negative images don't look negative at all, and that's obviously what made this a winner. Did that make sense? Nice job!

I never got back around to commenting on this, but I love it! I would have scored this high. Lots of eye candy and patterns and geometry. It is busy, and as you suspected, you're offering up a lot for the DPC voter to scrutinize. Keep doing what you're doing though -- this is good stuff.

This is a great series Deb. A very apropos setting for such an apocalyptic and surreal composition. Would it be cliché to want to see the "Shed" faintly in the background of the "Ladder" photo, and the "Hydrant" in the distant background of the "Shed" photo - similar to how the ladder is here, completing a sort of paradoxical circle?
