River and cityby MelethiaComment by bobonacus: Another nice shot but I prefer the 24mm one to this, it holds my interest longer as there is more to look at. |

Towersby MelethiaComment by bobonacus: I love the colours in this, this is a close second for me from your entry. I love the prominent building and all the shiny surfaces, the others are all nice but they don't quite pop as much as this |

Evening Cityscapeby MelethiaComment by bobonacus: I'm surprised this scored so low, it's a great shot. The lighting is fantastic and the detail and sharpness is great. There are lots of different shapes of buildings which makes it interesting to look at for longer than the general 3 second voting scan. I like the river going through the shot as well. |

Onion Ringsby MelethiaComment by rinac: A neat little trick for slicing onions is to do it under running water to stop the vapours getting your eyes (um, just the onion... you don't have to get in the shower - although it would make it a little more fun... or weird).
Loved the tilt. Great light and clarity, definitely magazine quality too. That's a good thing! |

Arched architectureby MelethiaComment by JuliBoc: Thanks for the recipe. The image is stunning -- particularly the light on the ceiling. I also really like the little sunlight crosses on the pavement and the tritone finish. |

Onion Ringsby MelethiaComment by SandyP: I love this photo. You really captured the juiciness and texture of the onion. I think it would make a great framed kitchen print.
