All the lines lead you through and around this photo. Having the river in the BG makes the shot feel expansive and adds to that open, country feel. I think it needs something though, contrast maybe? border? I'll keep thinking :)

I love the contrast between the old and new here. Such a slick, new tram, and the lovely, aged, character ridden cobbles. Then, the acid toning gives it that extra modern kick... just to make sure :)

Cathedral detail

What impressed me tremendously about these churches/cathedrals was the sheer amount of detail that went into them. Even capturing a fraction of it, as you've done here, inspires a sense of awe!

The mist and the softness here gives it such an ethereal atmosphere - delicate and unexplored,just like a fantasy world. The red, green and yellow leaves give a wonderful burst of colour to the scene and compliment each other nicely.

OMG Deb!!! Ok. Now its confirmed. I haven't even been uploading photos to my portfolio on dpc because for the last year or two, I've noticed that unless you are in a side challenge NO ONE comments on newly uploaded photos -- no matter how good they are. This one proves it.

This is one of the most beautiful forrest photos I've ever seen. The fog enhances it. I think if you could have seen Rudesheim, it wouldn't have been near as dramatic and beautiful.

WOW! This is going straight to my favorites. . . matter of fact. . .why don't you put it in dpc prints. I will buy it, and I'm SERIOUS!

ps: If you put it up for prints, autograph it, okay?
