I was going to comment about the woman walking out of frame and give a canned statement about how that wasn't good for the composition when I realized that she makes the picture. Her apparent rush to get out of frame (and that she's of course out of focus) adds to the sense of busy-ness, especially when compared to the couple further back, just strolling along with nowhere to be and nothing to do. Makes me want to write a K10Dguy story!
