I'm seeing ROT but having a hell of a time with what the subject is. If the green thing was placed a bit lower in the frame and I could tell what this is I would have a better feel about this. 6

I like the contrast of the darks with the bright green thing. I think I would prefer a touch deeper DOF to get more of the green thing in focus. Other than that, very cool looking!

A little too cluttered (unless intentional), I don't know where to look at. Perhaps use a more shallow depth of field? Or try a different angle. The busy background adds more to the clutter.
