Well, you are skirting the edge of meeting the challenge, but I won't quibble over your interpretation. Fireworks are hard to photograph. In this image, the center is very much overexposed and the rest underexposed. There was a good discussion on photography of fireworks in the forums the other day. I do like the line of smoke pointing upwards, that's a nice inclusion.
