Sorry, but this photo appears to be too overprocessed (and too harsh a contrast) for my tastes. Something like Neat Image would help clean up the sky noise.

This is a nice composition. The lighting is a bit too harsh for the mood suggested by the photo, though. I wonder if B&W would've helped with that.

If I remember correctly you only had to contain one of the three items, while this doesn't mean you can't include all 3 I think you hurt your image by including the scissors and scrap paper. This does show the title as the butterfly comes from the regular paper but I really feel your image would be better with just the butterfly on the cactus with the surrounding rocks like it is. Most submissions have all 3 items in them and it makes yours fall into their boring group when it shouldn't be. Nice lighting and overall sharp image though. Good luck
