u n t i t l e d • l a n d s c a p eby Bear_MusicComment by HarveyG: That really is unique. A sense of mystery. There's good flow in the image, partial S curve, and the way the light bathes through the grass highlighting every stem is beautiful. Film quality. I find that in the past few months entries are braver and less conformist to the crisp, shiny, over-saturated DPC formula shots. Encouraging...for photography. Top Marks (9) |

Goodbye to All Thatby Bear_MusicComment by mcaldo: About to slam the door close and depart with a sigh.
Compared to what depicted in other images, I do like the more realistic idea that the woods will still be there, just inaccessible. And just a safe and boring highway to travel on, pretty fast but with not much to visit on the way.
Rated this a 7. On second thought, I could have done better than that. Message edited by author 2012-02-03 06:09:18. |

Week 5: Winter Thicket, West Dennis, Cape Codby Bear_MusicComment by HarveyG: Mystical, and a perfect "fill the frame" subject for a "poor" optic (plastic). This is exactly how it should be used. The "posthumous" type image. Where the flaws in the lens add to the imagery being created and the effect sought. From a pin sharp wildlife fanatic this is beaut Robert. |
