I like how the clouds in the background seem to be a cloud of dust raised by a cataclysm that undid this structure, but it's the confounding presence of the black basketball that juices up this image. It implies, to me, that the world is full of disjunctions, so don't settle back into ennui or smugness, keep an open mind and enjoy the zigzags. I also like the matter-of-fact dreaminess here. So, bravo.

Actually, I sort of wish that black thing had been kicked out of the way or, minimally, cropped out because it really distracts from the point of the image - the abandoned building. Or, maybe it was the intent to have the black thing there? If so, I apologize for criticizing an artistic design. Anyway, it is a perfect building for the challenge and the muscular processing emphasizes it's decay.
