I like the idea, but I think that your choice of positioning the man on the left upper side was not the right one. As viewer I tend to look to the right side more when the man is faced (or working) to the left. IMHO, a more right centered position would have benefit the scene. Processing and colors are nice. A 6 from me

I think a polarizer might help remove the cloud reflections. Although, maybe that's what you were going for.
