I really like seeing the texture on the "inside" part; good exposure overall. Type works OK, although I like to make it a little bolder when reversing out of a black background; if this were printed in a magazine or (worse) a newspaper, that type could possibly plug up and be less readable -- it looks fine on the screen though.

It's a good idea, however I would of reframed the shot... put the boat in the lower left third quadrant thus showing the trees (im assuming they are treees from the reflection) You picked a great time of day for the shot. I'm giving it a 6. I'd love to see you go back and recompose this!
