Roseburst — Summer Rainby Bear_MusicComment by w24x192: This is almost more digital art than digital photography...not necessarily a bad thing at all. This is mostly a study in color and shape, and while most everyone would recognize the flower, it is not a typical flower portrait by any means. The colors are amazing, and there is a lot to look at. Geese & Mist — Sunriseby Bear_MusicComment by justin_hewlett: This is beautiful, the orange haze is breathtaking. Not many landscapes work well in square composition IMO, but this is one major exception.

Flood Tide at Twilightby Bear_MusicComment by darnok: The out of focus (or motion blurred) brush in the foreground is distracting, mainly because it take up a lot of space in the frame. A different position would minimise or get rid of them. Otherwise a great shot. I really like the reflection of the sky in the water. |

Flood Tide at Twilightby Bear_MusicComment by Jaded_Housewife: the blurred foreground really distracts from the beauty of the rest of the shot. it must have been windy. may have been better off to hold down those weeds while the shutter was open. |
