Poplars in Burlap, Winter Freezeby Bear_MusicComment by _DaveA_: nice. perhaps without the house it might be more surreal. had you been able to bounce some light in between the front two trees to reveal the object there might also have added to the overall effect. not sure what that object is and would like to. |

Poplars in Burlap, Winter Freezeby Bear_MusicComment by rennie: Wow, they look so human. Like druids :) I wish you took it from an angle, where the house in the back would not be visible. But I know how difficult it is to shoot in minimal editing. (Just commenting - no voting). |

Poplars in Burlap, Winter Freezeby Bear_MusicComment by hahn23: One must assume there are trees inside the burlap sacks. I guess we can use our imagination, because you didn't show any trees in your composition. I did score this fairly well, because your DOF is excellent. Exposure is very good. It's a "think outside the box" image, which is usually punished by the punks at DPC. (6) |

Buttsby Bear_MusicComment by Melethia: I'm gonna guess this is Bear's and his subject is the famous Whiterook. Interesting.... |

Buttsby Bear_MusicComment by RolandB: I came back to explain what I didn't like about this shot, only to find that I actually DO like it! It's a bit grainy and low contrast but it certainly catches an interesting moment. Bumping up. |

Buttsby Bear_MusicComment by muur88: i'm all about interesting processing, but i think you might have gone a bit too far with the shadow boost. what i find most odd is that his pants are still overexposed. still, a very daring composition if you didn't know the guy before hand |
