Those are Tomatoes and Pepper flakes, I think the plate with the blue band
throws things off a bit espeicially with the the crop. It's just off balance. The color of the tomatoes looks beautiful.

Hmm. Not that I've ever run into that problem (yeah, right) but maybe go back before the sharpening and increase the contrast more, then reduce the sat slightly on green, then sharpen? The composition is lovely and the flowers (are they peas or wild peas?) are a nice contrast to the green, it's just the blue haloes that are distracting. OK, and maybe a wish for a smidge more DOF in the first place, but I'm sure you knew that.

there's so much going on in this lovely flower...the tendrils curling around the top of the stalk, the curves of the flowers, which make them appear to be floating on a breeze, and the colors are so pretty. The border adds nice panache.
