I like it. The silhouetting makes it clear to me that this is a study of the fractal-like patterning of branches. Clear as day.

Verry OOB. I also have a fasination with tree branches, lol. People always gave me odd looks when I took pictures of them and showed them around though, so I stopped taking them and trying to show them to people. Now, I just sit and watch them out my window.

Robert - I think your score suffered from a lack of scientific understanding o the viewers part and a lack of uniform patterns in the image. I quite like your vision here to find the fractals in the tree and feel this clearly meets the challenge well in a refreshing approach. I side with Deb that I see a bit much blue halo and I am sure some voters voted you down on it. If I have voted, I would have likely given this a 6
