really nice. love that dreamy, relaxed feeling about this shot.
i'm really happy to see a wide DoF with the nice house in the background in good focus.
IMHO sometimes shallow DoF is over-used and mis-used too much on this website.

Cool blur. The use of Topaz or something similar is evident. That's not a bad thing, but the Topaz haters may ding you. I think it's kinda cool looking.
