I believe that we have seen this boat and dock before. This may have gotten dinged because there is too much in the shot besides the boat.
It's a very peaceful looking scene, maybe processed a little too strongly, making the trees look sort of "blocky" .
For me, that's fine, for voters, maybe not. I like the photo, it tells me a story that I like to hear.
