Baroque and yet, so simple - this is THE image we long for to contemplate.

A spectacular palipsest of memory and melancholy as said by the Ecclesiastes

"For who knows what is good for a person in life, during the few and meaningless days they pass through like a shadow? Who can tell them what will happen under the sun after they are gone?"

I consider this image a spectacular achievement in photography.
This is by far the best interpretation of the challenge in my view, leaving the digital art and other little tricks way behind.
