I'm afraid I'm not completely read-up on my urban legends, so I cannot with authority say whether this fits the challenge; but it seems to me that it does. Also, I like the photo. There is motion, commotion, confusion, and it's all in a pleasant color palette. If this rated the worst in a competition, then there must have been a lot of phenomenal shots. I'm glad to see there were other photographers who liked it. And its low rating makes it a little easier to find at the site: that's how I found it. Keep taking pictures - I happen to like most of the photos I've seen at your profile.
