I don't know about other people but images such as this make me dizzy, it seems to pulsate, but then I'm old so what can you expect? The scenery is so beautiful as far as I can see and I would just love to see this photo in a "normal" way

Zooming during exposure can create some wonderful effects. You've found a very nice location to use this technique. The red of the tree and the bridge are a great focal point. However the image as a whole feels a little out of balance. The bit of water on the far right doesn't seem to add anything to the image and could probably be cropped out. 7
