Laura Lei's Easterby okiesisiComment by Skip: i can assume from the square crop that you trimmed out some uninteresting, non-supportive parts of the frame. i would suggest that you could have gone on a trimmed in a just bit tighter. even though her face is the bright spot, it does get lost in all the detail of the rest of the image, and that's a shame, because she needs to be a bit stronger in order to preserve interest in the image. |

Hello,
As a Stock Photograph, this one might be difficult to sell. The best thing going in this shot is the perspective. You picked a good place to shoot. Yes, the picture would be better without the power lines. The natural darkening of the sky at the top of the picture helps keep my eyes on the two subjects, so that is a plus. I would liked to have seen their faces. I think that would have added to this shot. My eye keeps wandering to the lower right. That area seems a bit bright so bringing that down alittle would also help. |

Her husband's "work truck"by okiesisiComment by okiesisi: I just want to clarify...at the time I submitted this one, I thought editing out the powerlines would be against the rules...and no matter how poorly it did, I still like it alot.
