Colors feel a little bright and un-natural. I would tone it down in PS a bit. I really like the detail in the trees on both sides.

Good use of composition and natural elements to lead the eye through the frame to the focal point. I'm not sure why it's not captivating me more; perhaps it's the lack of a warm glow on the rocks or the way the water looks. Shutter not fast enough to get the sharp detail nor slow enough to make it silky; I guess the foreground looks a bit messy to me.
