It is sad that anything other than human is expendable. (Well, in some circumstances humans too.) It appears that this ghostly pack is on a road, no doubt some part of the problem?

My first thought was 'Hyena'.

African Wild Dogs are commonly mistaken for Hyenas but in fact there are many differences, both physically and behaviorally. Taxonomic Classification: Hyenas are NOT dogs!! Hyenas are closer related to mongooses and cats.

The saying 'less is more' is certainly fitting here (photographically speaking)
