Wind Conquers Waterby AzrifelComment by Dave Gordon: This is a beautiful landscape that conjures up memories of an earlier era. I really like the fog obscuring the other windmills and the sheep. The colors are really outstanding. |

Wind Conquers Waterby AzrifelComment by sfalice: And you folks get a lot of both wind and water... Lovely soft photograph with the bit of red adding the needed emphasis. |

Houtje Touwtjeby AzrifelComment by f-32: My Dutch is rusty - I think they were once called 'frogs' in English. (Because the French military uniforms had a similar fastener). I think 'houtje touwtje' is probably a better name. I like how it sounds on my tongue! |

Wind Conquers Waterby AzrifelComment by justine: Your not in Kansas are you? LOL Just wonderful colors. I even like the foggy mist. Looks like an Oregon day. Good entry, I hope you do well. |

Wind Conquers Waterby AzrifelComment by newtune3: Great shot. I spent a year in Holland in 1964. Still love the windmills. I like that you caught the sails unfurled and working. 8 |

Houtje Touwtjeby AzrifelComment by drgsoell: I've looked at this a couple of times and I still don't completely understand. Doesn't do much for me though. Maybe I need to see more of the purse(?) to appreciate it more. |

Hard Time letting go of the Bottleby AzrifelComment by Ranger: I like this photo, but I don't understand what I am seeing - except for the champagne cork. I think it is a wooden figure below which I don't exactly relate to the title of letting go of the bottle. Still like it very much. An 8. Could have been a 10. |
