This one seems underrated to me, especially for this challenge theme. The layering of foliage here is lush and texturally rich--and it captures the "flora spirit" with a horticultural eye for detail, even in "nuisance" plants. I do wonder if there's some confusion over the fact that grass leaves are absolutely foliage, even if we tend to think about tree leaves when the term arises...

Wow, I am really afraid of snakes the good ones and the bad ones. Terrified beyond anything you can image and we have them around our yard and the park behind my house, I have had enough and we are moving. I say this because this is so well shot I lost my breath when I opened this. My congratulations on this capture it is amazing and so scarry.
