A statement, but not really of the motivational aspect. An interesting photo and angle, that probably could have been improved. Having all the kids on the line rather than curved around could have menat a really interesting shot of all the hands could have been achieved.........

The two saturated colours draw so much attention that they keep the eye away from the point of interest (the hands I guess). Therefore the composition does not really work for me.

In my belief there are more things that contribute for a great motivational/de-motivational poster:
Idea/creativity: 6
Quality of the photo: 9
Artistic viewpoint: 4
Frame/borders: 5
Appealence of the font: 6
Average: 6

The border is unnecessary -- the wrong color anyway. A straight black or white would have worked better, I think.
