Cool. I'm guessing lensbaby (I'm not smart, so to most it would be obvious; not me). Regardless, a lot of the photos in this challenge are truly creeping me out, but your shot has kept it to a child's toy but presented it in a very captivating way. 10 from me. Great work.

I am assuming that you used a flash and zoomed w/ slow shutter? Works great to isolate your subject as the main/only focus. Perhaps a silhouette of another dueler would add the final touch?

7 - I like the scene and, before seeing your title, didn't like that he/she was looking out of frame... still undecided. A shame not a fraction sharper on the bird (or maybe more blurred, who knows), but also wish the silhouette was 'full', that is the head not in front of the background. More detail/definition in the carcass(es) and bones would be better, in my opinion.

This is adorable!! I apparently didn't vote this challenge. Great catch with the matching smiles! (And vertical shots are not a problem for the watermarks at all - I can scroll so that the very bottom of the photograph is not seen - perfect!)
