Nice, soft lighting and gentle colors.
The jumping boy makes the shot, but he's a bit too lost in the scene. Maybe cutoff the sky and woods altogether (although they are nice) to give him more prominence?
Also, the reflection of the man has it's head chopped off and is slightly distracting. A full reflection might've been better although it wouldn't be a clear reflection.

Needs more light on face and too many white "spots" in water are distracting (you can spot these out in photoshop). Good composition with subject not dead centered as so many photos I've seen. Interesting idea for photo.
