Point well taken but … see the size of the frame I’m typing in now? That’s all you need. I don’t know your software preferences but the Nik plug in suite has Color Effects Pro with image border selections- you can use the slider to make it as skinny as this. I guess I’m a nut about precious real estate that the image could use. FWIW.

Great image like the seasonal differences and the pop of the red barn is great and gives it a boost. Like seeing the horses and the trails they've left going through the gate. Amazing light in the upper image.

Of brief duration, yet still casually rewarding in its placement on a sunlit floor, the shoes catch highlights and shadows, and change as the sun swings across the sky. The smile in passing as you notice them, and enjoy them, is likewise brief. Humble beauty.

I really like the two views and I love the horses in the second - my only nit is it appears the red in the barn in the summer picture is painted in with photoshop.
