I think this is waay underated. That's the voting on DPC. I gave the 10 you got in the challenge, i think the only reason this may not have scored higher was in certain areas it seems slightly OOF. The expression more then makes up for it to me though :)

I like the touches of the grotesque in an otherwise sweet picture: the snotty nose, the slimy tongue, the pale, veiny skin. This is true babiness, take it or leave it! 7

A beautiful baby! Her skin tones seem a bit cool to me. Nice focus and the hood is very cute. The light is coming from below her, which is not the most flattering way to light the face. Next time try turning her around and shooting from above her head (so she has to look up at you) instead of standing at her feet. It helps avoid that 'up the nose' angle and accentuates her beautiful eyes. I can see you in her catchlights!

Probably not the only one to mention it, but the first thing that jumps out at me is the photographers reflection in the little girl's eyes. She's very cute. ;^) You selected a very shallow DOF which works overall. Good luck in the challenge.
