I'm not crazy about the effect created here by the post processing. Having said that, I love the subject and composition. The textures are amazing, from his face to his hands to his clothing, there's so much to look at here. I wish there was more separation - visually - between the background and the subject. It's an amazing shot that I think will be punished by your choice of processing. The halo created around his jacket, the duotone appearance, etc.

I like your subject, but the bokeh is the fence, and it's supposed to be more of the focus in a fence challenge, even metaphorically as a border. I like all the texture in your shot.

Interesting subject and the processing seems to bring out a lot of detail. However, it does seem to be a bit over processed as there is quite a bit of haloing, particularly around the subject's head and right shoulder.
