Something should be in focus:-( Next time try a tripod, you would still have achieved motion on the runner, but at least the grass and trees would be in focus.

very interesting. the couple's position makes you feel as if something tragic is about to occur and i think really compliments the shake. i'm not sure about the jogger, but if he was a mysterious figure coming at them, i might be a little freaked out right now. cool idea.

This shot really needs a tripod to steady the static areas of the image to bring out the areas of motion that a 2" shutter provides. If the overall motion was the goal, admirably done, but it simply looks like a blurry shot, nothing distinguishing. Make a single aspect static, to draw the eye (like the sidewalk or tree) and it would make more sense, I think.
