I assume you're shooting through a window here. Either that or you have some other weird reflections getting into your shot. To help alleviate this, you can either use a polarizer or you can get very close to the glass, which can prevent the reflections from reaching the glass and ever causing you trouble. You've also got a good bit of noise going on here, so I recommend shooting at a lower ISO or being cautious in your editing.

There's good potential here, but I would have cropped in MUCH tighter on the player making the catch. The crowd doesn't really add to the shot, and the opposing player is far enough out of the frame that I would have cropped him out, too.
