I really don't find anything compelling about this image. anything you might have wanted to emphasize is lost in the tiny image you posted. the yellow element isn't visually interesting or very yellow. there are also to many distracting background elements.

Too small. Next time ignore DPI (it is for printing ONLY) and when done editing, resize to 640 pixels on the long side. then do a final USM (150%, .2, 7 or so) and save as JPG and adjust the quality to get the file size under 147k. Even down to 100k is OK.
