Ha! The irony was not lost when this started to do relatively well...

The gear really impressed me to be fair. Everything was in my Manfrotto backpack which is water repellant - not waterproof - but did the job nicely. The tripod has a few battle scars on the head from where it bounced off a rock but it's otherwise perfect despite being underwater for ten minutes or so while I got my main kit to a safe space.

Just my pride was hurt :D now I know to bring wellies and not try to use a tripod as a walking stick at least.

Very spa like - I find the lime green a bit distracting I would have likely changed that but overall this has a very nice surreal feeling.
