This is an interesting perspective. I think this may have worked better in B/W. The colors from the strings are a little distraction. There is a great deal of good light and reflective surfaces going on in the photo from the soundboard of the instrument and the bridge has interesting detail and B/W with good contrast would probably help bring it out more.

Maybe a slightly wider shot would also help, showing the connection of the strings to the soundboard. Another thing that might help is having the horizon more at 1/3 from the bottom rather than at ~20%.

Good flow to the music in the background, I appreciate that it looks like running water, but I can't help feeling that the photo is too cold and flat. There's no warmth or texture to the violin and and flaws in the bridge are too obvious.
